Achivements in Art & Design
 

I am a very creative person with a keen eye to detail and a high level qualification in Art and Design.  I am highly focused and keen to learn new skills and concepts. I’m dedicated to the arts and try my best to work hard and meet my potential. I am a polite and honest individual with excellent attendance and punctuality.  I am looking to develop a career in Art & Design that uses my skills and qualities to their fullest potential.

 

  • As mentioned previously I’m highly skilled and qualified in Art & Design, I successfully gained a B.A. Honours degree in Animation, At Preston College I was nominated for the Principal’s student of the year special award and the achieved the Preston College Student of the Year Award for Art and Design in 2009. At High School I was one of only two pupils in the academic year that received a certificate for Progress and Development, an award given to students who have shown the biggest improvement in the year.

  • I have had worked displayed in the Harris Museum in Preston and at Degree shows at College and University.

  • My work is regularly commissioned as I design a variety of cards and pictures.  This work has been sold.  I also have some of my Illustration work on the internet which you can view at either https://www.facebook.com/pages/Zelly-Raptor-Studios/173263626156326 or my Instagram account https://instagram.com/zelly_raptor/. I have a Flickr account too but Ive forgotten my password so I've hardly updated It

  • I sell my artwork to Family, Friends and potenetial followers of my artwork. In the past Ive sold Zines and Paintings to people. I most recently sold a painting at an open exhibition at the Harris Museum.

  • I am competent in using specialist Art & Design Software that includes Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and Celtx which is a Script writing program.

British Heart Foundation Furniture and Electrical store
  • Dealing with customers in store and telephone enquiries.

  • Work in the warehouse

  • Moving furniture around the store.

  • Using Hand held Terminals for Stock check and printing tags

  • Constructing flat pack furniture for sale in the shop.

  • Working with delivery driver to drop off furniture.

  • Ensuring that prices of goods within the store are correctly priced

  • Keeping the shop stocked up with incidentals, tea, coffee etc
